Terms of Service

• Registration is open to all individuals aged 16 and above unless otherwise stated.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to cancel registrations based on false information.
• Each registration is valid for one (1) attendee only and is non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to limit attendance capacity at any time.

• If the Event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
• If the Event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
• Tickets obtained through unauthorized resellers are not guaranteed to be valid.

TEDxSreyas Institute is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, volunteers, and staff. By attending, you agree to:

• Treat all participants with respect and courtesy regardless of background, identity, or opinion.
• Refrain from disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior of any kind.
• Not record, photograph, or live-stream sessions without prior written permission from the organizers.
• Comply with all venue rules and directions from Event staff and security personnel.
• Not bring prohibited items into the venue (as notified prior to the event).

The Event will be professionally photographed and filmed. By attending, you grant TEDxSreyas Institute a royalty-free, perpetual license to use your likeness in photographs and recordings for promotional and archival purposes across our website, social media, and other channels.

Attendees may not record or broadcast speakers without express prior consent from the organizers and the respective speaker.

All content presented at the Event — including talks, performances, and materials — remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers and artists. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of such content to attendees.

The TEDx name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of TED Conferences LLC. Their use is strictly governed by TED's brand guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEDxSreyas Institute, its organizing team, volunteers, and affiliated institution (Sreyas Institute of Engineering & Technology) shall not be liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the Event.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or inability to attend.
• Changes to the Event programme, speakers, or format due to circumstances beyond our control.

Attendees attend at their own risk and are encouraged to make appropriate personal arrangements (including travel and accommodation).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email. Continued participation in the Event following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
